dr. Peter Thomason/Pyotr Trofomov

Doctor Pyotr Trofimov is a gifted scientist at the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics when Russia’s leadership changes from Boris Yeltsin to Vladimir Putin. In the upheaval, Trofimov is recruited by the U.S. government to join an exceptional team of scientists at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). As CEO of ColSci, Collins built a business empire on government contracts to provide scientific technology. The company has lost its position as a trusted source, placing ColSci on the brink of ruin. When ColSci is passed over for a contract for The Purification, Collins swears revenge. Stealing the program’s technology to resurrect his company is the perfect way to exact it.
